The Metering / Dosing Pump is a high-precision positive displacement pump designed for exact chemical injection. Its micro-adjustable stroke mechanism and optional Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) allow fine-tuned control over dosing volume, ensuring accurate delivery even at low flow rates.
The pump is constructed with chemically compatible materials such as PP, PVDF, SS316, PTFE, PVC, and other engineering plastics depending on the medium being handled. Advanced diaphragm technology eliminates leakage, reduces pulsation, and ensures reliable operation.
Because dosing applications require accuracy, consistency, and fail-safe operation, the pump is equipped with overload protection, non-return valves, and stable linear stroke adjustment to maintain accuracy within ±1% of set capacity.
